Malabar Contest Terms and Conditions

• Malabar Ever After Contest is open to people living in India, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, KSA, Singapore, Malaysia & USA only.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this challenge.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winning story will be featured in upcoming Malabar ad. By entering this competition by thus submitting the story, the participant gives the right to Malabar Gold & Diamonds to use this creatively to promote upcoming Malabar Ever After Campaign.
• Rules and regulations:
  • Submit only authentic own story.
  • Entries should be submitted through DMs and Comments only.
  • Multiple entries by the same person are not allowed
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The winning entry (Story) of this contest will be featured in Malabar Gold & Diamond’s upcoming TVC.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
• Employees of Malabar Gold and Diamonds & organizations related to the contest and their families are excluded from entering the Competition.
• Malabar Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contest, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.
• To the extent only permitted by applicable law, Malabar Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to use the winner’s image, photograph, name and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Malabar Gold and Diamonds without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and all participants consent to the same.
• The decision of Malabar Gold and Diamonds will be final and binding.
