GOLDEN SUMMER CAMPAIGN RAFFLE DRAW (USA) TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. “Golden Summer Campaign Raffle Draw (USA)”: hereinafter referred to as “Raffle draw”.
• 2. This Raffle draw is organized and conducted by the participating showrooms mentioned in clause 12. hereinafter collectively referred to as “Malabar Gold and Diamonds”.
• A. ELIGIBILITY:
• 1. The Raffle draw is open to customers of Malabar Gold and Diamonds, who make purchases of gold, diamond, and precious gem jewellery from Malabar Gold and Diamonds stores within the United States of America.
• 2. The customers who make a purchase of gold jewellery worth USD One Thousand ($1000) will be eligible for one (01) Raffle draw coupon and the customers who make a purchase of diamond & precious gem jewellery worth USD One Thousand ($1000) will be eligible for two (02) Raffle draw coupons.
• 3. Raffle draw coupons are automatically generated upon qualifying purchases, and the details of the Raffle draw coupons will be shared with customers via SMS.
• B. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD FOR RAFFLE DRAW:
• 1. The promotional period for this Raffle draw starts on 21st June 2024, and ends on 11th August 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
• 2. Purchases made outside the promotional period will not be eligible for the Raffle draw.
• C. RAFFLE DRAW COUPON:
• 1. For every gold jewellery purchase of $1000, customers will receive one (1) Raffle draw coupon.
• 2. For every diamond and precious gem jewellery purchase of $1000, customers will receive two (2) Raffle draw coupons.
• 3. Raffle draw Coupon details, including a unique identification code, will be sent to the customers via SMS. The customer must retain and present the details for a verification process when a winner is selected.
• 4. Raffle draw coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
• D. PARTICPATING SHOWROOMS FOR WEEKLY RAFFLE DRAW:
• 1. The Participating Malabar Gold and Diamonds showrooms in the USA mentioned below will conduct a weekly Raffle draw during the Promotional Period mentioned in Clause 6.
• 2. Malabar Gold and Diamonds TX LLC, located at Suite 100, Retail Building 4, 5811 Preston Road, Frisco, Collin, Texas, USA.
• 3. Malabar Gold and Diamonds IL LLC, located at 2652 West Devon, 1st Floor, Chicago Illinois 60659, USA.
• 4. Malabar Gold and Diamonds IL2 LLC, located at Unit 118 – 120 (a/k/a 120),1568 W. Ogden Avenue, Naperville, Illinois, USA.
• 5. Malabar Gold and Diamonds NJ LLC, located at Unit 105 & 106, Second Floor 1348-1350 Oak Tree Road, Iselin, New Jersey 08830, USA.
• 6. Two winners per showroom will be selected in each draw:
• First prize: 20 grams of 24 karat gold bar.
• Second prize: 10 grams of 24 karat gold bar.
• 7. Winners are selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received up to the draw date during the Raffle draw period.
• E. MEGA RAFFLE DRAW:
• 1. The mega Raffle draw will be held at the Malabar Gold and Diamonds showroom, mentioned in clause 12, item iv.
• 2. One grand prize winner will receive 250 grams of 24 karat gold bars.
• 3. Three additional winners will receive 10 grams of 24 karat gold bar each.
• 4. Winners are selected through a random draw from all eligible entries collected during the Raffle draw period.
• F. RAFFLE DRAW DATE AND ANNOUNCEMENT:
• 1. The weekly Raffle draw will be conducted on the following dates:
• 1st Raffle draw: 29/06/2024
• 2nd Raffle draw: 06/07/2024
• 3rd Raffle draw: 13/07/2024
• 4th Raffle draw: 20/07/2024
• 5th Raffle draw: 27/07/2024
• 6th Raffle draw: 03/08/2024
• 2. The mega Raffle draw will take place on 17/08/2024.
• 3. The weekly winners will be announced in-showroom and on social media pages.
• 4. Mega Raffle winners will be announced in the New Jersey showroom and through social media pages.
• G. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
• 1. Winners will be notified via phone and email using the contact details provided during the purchase of the jewellery.
• 2. In the event a selected Raffle winner cannot be reached or fails to confirm their eligibility for the prize within the Promotional Period of the Raffle draw, a new winner will be selected on the date of the mega Raffle draw.
• H. CLAIMING PRIZES:
• 1. Winners will be invited to visit the designated Malabar Gold and Diamonds showroom to collect their prizes.
• 2. Winners must provide proof of purchase (Invoice), a raffle coupon code generated vide SMS, and a valid ID to claim the prize.
• 3. Failure to do so within the claiming period referred to in clauses 30, 31 and 32, will result in disqualification from eligibility.
• 4. The ID must be presented in person at the showroom where the Raffle draw is conducted.
• 5. Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the winner in person. No proxies or representatives are allowed to claim prizes on behalf of the winner.
• I. CLAIMING PERIOD:
• 1. The prize must be claimed by the winners within 14 days from the date of notification.
• 2. Failure to claim the prize within the period mentioned in clause 30 will result in non-eligibility. Malabar Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to conduct a redraw or handle the unclaimed prize at their discretion and no alternative compensation will be provided.
• 3. The prizes must be collected from the showroom where the winning Raffle draw was conducted.
• J. RETURNS OR REFUND:
• 1. If a Raffle draw prize winner decides to return or claims refund for the purchase made during the Raffle draw period, they must also return the awarded prize.
• K. MARKETING:
• 1. By accepting the prize, the customer hereby agrees and confirms permission to use any photos or videos depicting the participant, generated as a part of the Raffle draw or taken during the prize collection for Malabar Gold and Diamonds marketing, branding, advertisement, and publication activities.
• 2. This permission extends to the use of participant-related photos or videos in various promotional materials, including but not limited to print media, social media platforms, and television advertisements. The participant acknowledges and consents that the Malabar Gold and Diamonds may utilize these materials for promotional purposes without any further consent or compensation.
• L. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
• 1. Personal information collected during the Raffle draw will only be used for the purpose of administering the Raffle draw and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
• M. GENERAL TERMS:
• 1. Employees of Malabar Gold and Diamonds and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Raffle draw.
• 2. Malabar Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Raffle draw at any time without any prior notice.
• 3. By participating, customers agree to abide by these Terms and conditions.
• 4. The decisions of Malabar Gold and Diamonds on all matters relating to the Raffle draw are final and binding.
• 5. Participation in the Raffle draw is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the customers.
• 6. Malabar Gold and Diamonds, along with its group companies, affiliates, and marketing agencies, shall not be held liable to any winner for any loss, including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, expenses, damages, personal injury, or death. This includes any such incidents or outcomes, whether or not arising from any person's negligence, in connection with this Raffle draw or the acceptance or use of the Raffle draw Coupon.
